What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Which is why there are photos of the artwork on our website... But seriously what you see is what you get here - please don't ask us for a refund haha.
Will the artwork flatten after being rolled in a tube?
Of course! It's just that deliciously dang thick paper likes being rolled. Attach our hangers or lay artwork flat under some heavy books and in 24 hrs it will hang perfectly :)
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Printed in China. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality, a fair value and they take care of their workers. In saying that, if you're an Aussie printer who wants to work with us - let's chat!
