Art prints are carefully packaged in protective mailing tubes to help ensure they arrive safely and undamaged.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• your order number
• photos of the damage
• photos of the packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution where applicable.
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier.
